Represent individuality in new uniform

Saori is inspired by Daniel Buren Exhibition at Art Tower Mito held in 1996. Buren is well known for using colored stripes, so she draws stripe painting on the fabric directly:

Asuna's amazing jacket pattern

Asuna has continued to work on her jacket pattern. She writes:

This is Asuna.And there are Today's my work!I found those beautiful fabrics from a pile of fabrics that we have send you a photo yesterday.That is very nice, isn't it? ：）I'm really fun!

Preparing for the next workshop

Asuna makes a pattern from a top so that she can show the other women at MIMOCA. She did an amazing job! She writes: 

I tried to make pattern from a top today,and I also could make the sleeve's pattern.

Maybe, it will be success, so, I will try to make garment for my practice until it will form.

Kanako gathered materials and fabrics that were left over 

from other workshops and events at MIMOCA.

The seven ATM Faces of Art Tower Mito, Yukari, Mio, Mayumi, Aki, Aya, Ayaka and Meme, who participated in the initial workshop are now working with a new group of faces from ATM to support them in creating their new uniforms. Eri Koizumi, the curatorial assistant to Mizuki, has arranged an amazing space for the new workshop to take place in. The workshop space is open every day and the new faces can come whenever they are available. Yukari helps to arrange the schedule so that there will always be someone of the orginal group to work with the new participants. 

A new workshop at MIMOCA

A new workshop will now begin at MIMOCA, with 11 of the guards of MIMOCA: Emiko, Mariko, Kayo, Tomoko, Nozomi, Kiyoko, Sawako, Keiko, Junko, Rie and Asuna. Asuna, who participated in the initial workshop at Art Tower Mito will be facilitating the workshop! She made a beautiful sign for the room where the women will work. Kanako has translated. She says:

It means, "This is Pascale Gatzen's workshop. You are always welcome. There are some sweets, too!"
